Thermal conductivity of silicon sheet production process



In the process of thermal conductivity of silicon sheet production, the main production steps are as follows: preparing raw materials, mix molding, vulcanization collecting, trimming and cutting, inspection, etc. This paper briefly introduces the production process of thermal conductive silicone piece below:

1. Prepare raw materials

The coefficient of thermal conductivity of common organic silicone usually only about 0.2 W/m K. However, in order to improve the coefficient of thermal conductivity, can be mixed in ordinary silicone thermal conductive filler. 2. The molding and mix

4. Cutting and cutting

After dealing with the high temperature of thermal conductive silicone piece cannot use other methods of rapid cooling, fast cooling methods will directly influence on the performance of the thermal conductive silicone pad products. And need to place a period of time, such ability after natural cooling cut into different sizes and specifications of the thermal conductive silicone.

5. The finished product inspection

The main inspection items include thermal conductive silicone piece of hardness, volume resistance, pressure resistance, flame retardancy, thickness, temperature tolerance range, coefficient of thermal conductivity, tensile strength, etc.
